Only negative for Cabaye might be his age but he is not a player that relies on speed and you would see him more as a Pirlo type so could conceivably go onto mid 30s. I guess I just talked myself out of any doubts I had about his age :-)

He is still developing as he's only 23, but in my opinion has nothing less than Behrami as a player.
The only doubt is that up to last season has only played for Sampdoria so it will be his first transfer as a professional and sometimes it's not easy to adapt to another style of playing.
But he has comes through Atletico Madrid youth teams so has already experienced the move to antoher country.

Where is Italian hammer with his lowdown on the boy?
Seem him play a few times, but as a fairly defensive player, didn't pay much notice to him really.
Regardless, welcome aboard son and here's hoping to it being a magnificent ride.
